It all started in San Antonio, Texas in 1952. George W. Church Sr., a retired incubator salesman with more than 20 years in the poultry industry, conceived the idea of offering freshly cooked, quality fried chicken at a time when only hot dogs and ice cream were marketed fast-food style.
More than 60 years and 1700 restaurants later, Texas Chicken is a world famous brand known for its high quality fresh chicken.
Food lovers in Viet Nam can now enjoy the world's best chicken served exclusively by MESA F&B.
It was 1962, Aunty Thongkam Mekto operated a small Thai restaurant in a one block commercial shop house in Siam Square Bangkok Thailand.
The name MK was derived from the former owner of the shop, Makong King Yee, the Hong Kong businessman who relocated to Boston, USA in 1962.
Aunty Thongkam operated the business with service minded and hospitality which have brought the customers back again and again.
The famous menus included rice with boiled chicken, goulash beef, Padthai noodles, Korean charcoaled grilled beef, and all sorts of spicy salads.
More than 50 years later and 400 stores in Thailand alone, MK is world famous for its deliciously healthy suki style hotpot.

Ootoya started its history from a small Japanese restaurant focusing on "Teishoku" (定食, set meal) in Ikebukuro Tokyo in 1950's. The restaurant chain aims to provides "heartful homemade dishes", like what Japanese local people have at home everyday, which can never tire diners. So they may be different from what you know as Japanese food, Sushi, Kaiseki, Shabu-shabu etc. The plates at Ootoya are instead similar to meals hand-made by mothers at home.
Ootoya now operates more than 80 restaurants in 6 countries offering the highest quality Japanese food available anywhere and MESA F&B is proud to be exclusively operating the Ootoya chain in Viet Nam.
